Our New WordPress Blog

After much thought and consideration I have created a new blog just for the new site at PBA. So all of the info that is published here will be published there also. This blog may be discontinued soon since duplicate content would be very time consuming. The other blog will be run off of Word Press which will provide us with easier management and will be less time consuming. I am still working on adding a few things to the new blog that will allow people to follow the info posted. So just as soon as that is completed I will give you our new blog address and you can switch over to us there so not to miss out on all the new info we will be posting soon!

The New Website is Almost Finished

The developers are working hard on finishing the new site by this weekend. I'm getting really anxious now to see what they have created. It may need a little tweaking to my likes or dislikes but I'm sure they are creating something outstanding! I can't wait to share it with you.

Well we made it back safely from our trip to Savannah, GA. What an awesome trip with friends! Now it's time to catch up on work and get this website up and rolling. I will go into more detail and post pictures of our trip as soon as I get things caught up!

The photoshoot was a total success. Nathan done such a wonderful job and got exactly what I was looking for. So now I have handed over the photos to the web developers and they say it should be very soon that they will have the new site up and running. The anxiety is killing me!

A Good Photographer Found

Well I have finally decided on Blessings Photography in Oneonta, AL. I found them online while researching for good photographers. I was at first going with Sullivans because they were the only ones that I knew of in our vacinity and were the ones who had done my girls' senior portraits. However when I got to looking through some of the photographic pictures that Blessings had done and had posted on thier site I quickly changed my mind.

He made some very logical suggestions in our phone conversation and I am sure the photo's he will take will be extroadinary. We shall see what this professional of a photographer shall be able to do with this aged face that doesn't look 20 anymore ha ha.

On the Search for Good Photographers

Well it's that time to have the dreaded pictures taken. I hate taking pictures. Especially when I'm 45 lbs overweight. I guess that we all have to deal with our insecuritites at one point or other though huh? So today I am on the search for a good photographer in our area that can help with all my flaws and make them not look so bad maybe? Like this horrible double chin of mine ha ha. I have been losing some weight though and at least it's not as bad as it used to be.

I should get an appointment made today so you should be seeing new and updated pictures soon.

The Development Has Begun

It's official the development of the new online business resource page has begun. I have contracted hosting through host monster per the advice of my web developers. From what I understand this will also give me the opportunity to create and manage a Wordpress blog. So I may be transferring everything over to Wordpress eventually. With Wordpress you can automatically have all of your new updates actually update your social sites your webpage and lots of other things that blogspot can't do. If I am wrong on that matter then please let me know! It would also belong to me and not to blogspot.

So the developers are designing the logo and web templates at this point. Stay tuned to see how things progress! This is gonna be huge!

Facebook Fan Page Tip

To be on the forefront with your business you need to create a Facebook Fan Page. I done this a couple of months ago but found the url to be extremely long and hard to direct others to. Well today I learned that we can set our url links for our facebook fan pages! Heres how:

Go to http://www.facebook.com/username and then set your url link for your profile.

Just remember that fan pages have to wait until they have at least 25 fans to claim their FREE url on facebook to redirect people there, otherwise until then, you will have to copy and paste the link from your fan page.

Taking a Different Approach to Online Business

I have realized that my online business could be much more lucrative if I take a different approach to online marketing. So instead of going out and advertising one business opportunity website or product to the traffic exchanges, article directories, or search engines I am having professionals create and design an overall webpage.

The new webpage will consist of many things. At first I thought I would advertise myself as a Network Marketing coach and teach all that I have learned. However after much thought I have realized that this may not be the best route to take. After much consideration the website will be created to incorporate many business resources. I will be looking for resources to offer my online audience such as Brick and Mortar, Franchise, and MLM info.

I believe that by collecting this info and adding marketing resources for my audience it will draw a much larger crowd to this website. After all it's all about visitors to our pages right? Of course my own personal businesses will be made available but there will be many more resources for people who already have a business or who would want to start a business.

Another component that I will add to the page is online employment opportunities. Who knows, someone looking for a job may find it exciting to start a new online business.

So the payment has been made and when my developers finish up on the current project they will start on mine. Hopefully they can start on mine by the end of this week! Stay tuned as we travel through the creation of this site and how it will all come together in the days ahead.

Ready Get Set and GO!

It has been a long time coming but the time has finally arrived to put Operation Plenty into play. This is an exciting time for me and those connected to me through Mandura! This next week will begin Phase 1 of what I am calling Operation Plenty. I am really looking forward to giving my downline more and watching them grow!

Also a note that the last logo will be changed up a little to reflect my downlines needs more than mine since they are what it's all about anyways! I think it would sound better to say "Leading YOU to Success" rather than "Follow me to Success".

Interview with Hubze Ceo, David Foster

A lot of people have been wondering and asking the question as to what exactly is Hubze? Well I have went to the top to ask this question and no one can explain it better than Mr. David Foster the CEO of Hubze. Here is what he had to say:

"I get that question all the time "what is hubze?" I have personally been an Internet marketer for 10 years now and one thing that I have learned in just the last 3 is you have to utilize social media as that is where the Internet is going...well HAS gone!

Porn used to be the number one activity online..yes big surprise... but now social media has surpassed that by leaps and bounds, which it's good to know. =-)

So when I was out scouring the web, the BIG marketers were saying you had to be on Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn and ALL these social sites and so that is exactly what I did. I went on a pilgrimage to join every social site I could!

Well, after I joined about 12 different sites, I completely was overwhelmed because now that I was on them...what was I supposed to do? Was I supposed to mass friend add and just SPAM people? Was I
supposed to just post all this information about me and my products and just hope that people would buy them?

Well, I saw a lot of people doing this and when I asked them if it was working, they would always tell me no. Well, if it was not working then why would they keep doing it?

One person told me it was the law of large numbers. The more people you tell about something, statistically the more people would do or buy what you were selling, and that just did not make sense to me.

I was looking at the work that would be involved...so I would have to blast my link out every day to 100's of people and hope that 1-2 would click on my link, and then 1 of them would buy?

That just seemed like a HUGE time waster for me and I do not like to waste time because it is the most valuable resource we have...

So I decided to look at another way to drive traffic...so I started looking into blogging....

I saw many bloggers who were doing VERY well financially and they were getting tons of traffic to their sites. OK this was making more sense because I could attract readers by offering them content that would help them and in turn they would click on my links and buy my products and I would not have to force anything on them...

This sounded like my kind of marketing!! So I set up my blog and I went to town. So this became my "hub" as I would later refer to it....

So I still knew I needed a presence on all the social sites I was on, but I did not want to be "active". So I figured out a way to connect my blog (hub) to all my social sites so that when I posted information to it, that content would be pushed out all over the net to all my social sites, and would then drive readers back to
my blog (hub) to read my latest post and possibly click on my links.

Well this worked VERY well. I was able to use my hub to create a full time income for myself...

So now that I was doing this, I wanted to share my strategy with people by helping them to do the same thing I was...

But what I found was that starting a wordpress blog, which is what you really need for SEO reasons, was not easy for most people to set up and run on their own.

I had several students who were able to get it all set up and running but MANY who could not...and I am not one to give up on people.

So I tried personally helping some of them, and you know who you are and I love you all, but I only have so many hours in a day that I was not able to help even 1/4 of them...and I do not like those numbers!!

So I started brain storming to try and figure out a way that I could automate my help and then it hit me!

Most of these social sites have what is called an open API where we as developers can connect directly to their systems and pull and share information back and forth on our own sites...BRILLIANT!

So that is where the idea for hubze came along. I was wanting to create a single site where you could connect ALL of your social sites and update them and stay connected to them in one location as well as have a blog to share content...and that is what is in development.

So what I generally tell people is hubze is going to be a Facebook, twitter, LinkedIn and WordPress hybrid. A place for you to host all of your content...stay active on all of your social sites (the ones who provide an open API for us) and update them as well. Your Social Hub!

Muddling Through the Pollen

Pollen season has officially arrived here in Alabama. We have more cases of allergy attacks this season than we ever have. I for one have not been fortunate enough to escape the horrible pollinating going on in our state right now. My allergies are the worse they have ever been. I am fighting them with doctor prescribed meds such as Allegra, Flonaise, and Zantac.

I am hoping that by the end of the day I will feel much better and have something good to report on our Project Plenty. Shall we be able to start our Project of Plenty today? We shall see, keep your fingers crossed!

Were Almost There!

I added my blog to my Facebook page today. Pretty cool. Takes a little to figure it all out but I done it! So proud of me :-).

Really looking forward to the webpage overhaul. Once overhauled we will saturate the web with it to gain 1st page Google rankings. This will bring in thousands upon thousands of FREE advertising.

The Time is Drawing Near

Draw your readers in is what the English professor said. How do you draw readers in when you have none ha ha. So here I sit talking to myself again while nursing an overactive allergy attack of the pollen in our air stream. Hot green tea seems to help with the drainage a little. Also wondering if the blog will ever pick up someone that I can feel as though I am writing to? If nothing more than to keep a record of my failures and successes this blog is definitely worth while to me.My project is soon to be underway!

Yesterday was such a beautiful day! AL is definitely cranking out some really awesome weather this week. However it's also cranking out more pollen spores than my poor allergies can handle. While I was at the Dr's office yesterday for my thyroid checkup, I found out that I have lots of sinus drainage and an ear infection to boot. So more meds like Allegra and Zantac are supposed to help keep them at bay while we have some of the largest pollen counts in history. Oh and did I mention skyrocketing cholesterol counts? Above 250 to be exact. Not good. Must be all of the REAL butter that my sister in law said for us to eat instead of the artificial butters that are supposed to have something terrible in them? I suppose I will just have to cut out my love butter all together. Along with overhauling my diet and losing some weight.

So as I was cooking dinner yesterday evening Calvin came in with really good news! I will be getting the money I need to proceed with my project. I'm so excited. Please let it be true. I'm so anxious to get started and get everything underway. Just like my heading for my Facebook page says Your Time Has Come!

Still Waiting

The phone rang with someone interested in purchasing our camper. They were going to be driving from TN this last weekend to look at our camper and sounded really interested in purchasing it. However the couple never showed. So I have completed the cleaning on the inside of the camper and have placed a For Sale sign on it in hopes of selling it quickly.

We are still waiting as patiently as possible to sell one of many items we have up for sale. Including our Dozier, Backhoe, Dump Truck, Geo Metro, and camper. Still trying to come up with the money to invest in our online business to give it that magnificent boost it needs!

Itching to Get Started

Is it really possible to have a website generate in the top 10 rankings of Google within days after launching it? I believe it is.

Ok, so I have learned that to be a very successful internet marketer you have to brand yourself and create your own personal webpage that reflects either you or your business. What this means is that you have to sell yourself and your knowledge of what you actually know about online marketing or whatever other knowledge we may have recessed in this powerful brain of ours. So if we don't know anything then we need to learn something! Constantly reading and educating ourselves will make us more sought after by others. Others who are interested in the same business or subjects as we are will look for guidance and info into what we may already know.

So my webpage at http://BarbaraPinyan.com is going to have to be overhauled. A simple interview form will not do. I will have to create something more dramatic and powerful. Something that will catch my visitors eye and let them know I have tons of personal info and knowledge in marketing online. A webpage that will draw people to follow me because they can trust that I will take care of them and any new business venture they may venture off into.

I will have to start out small and invite a small group of people to begin with so I can keep it personal and can help them to get started right. I currently have about 6 people I am training and coaching and would like to increase it to at least 20 or 25. Then once I get them up and running and properly trained to where they are making good money on there own I will start over by inviting more again. I could even invite more and hand them off to the ones that I have already helped to build a financially sound business. It makes sense to me to help others to generate the money in there businesses first and then to train them to manage those businesses.

Others would disagree with that method. To only market to those that already have the money and knowledge to invest. However I believe that there are a some, not all, that would make really good business leaders and owners if someone just took the time to help them where needed.

So my plan now is to create a dramatic website that will pull in free leads from ranking in the top 10 of Google and other search engines. To take those free leads and hand them off to those that are able to help me to manage them and care for them. To also create a small group of followers to help, train, and coach into business success.

To do this will not come cheap. To make money a lot of times you have to have money. To create this website and program it to rank high in the search engines it will cost me about $2,500.00 or slightly more. Soooo now I am patiently trying to wait for some buyers to come along and purchase several items that we have put up for sale so that we can get this project started. Looks to be a beautiful sunshiny day here in Alabama today. I'm sitting in my recliner, indian style, with my laptop docked inside my legs while I'm enjoying the suns rays beaming through my front window. Listening and watching CMT videos. Gives me an uplifted spirit as I sit here and think of what I can share with you today. I just love Faith Hill, she is just a good ole' country girl just like me.

It just goes to show you I guess how a good ole' country girl can make all of her dreams come true. I am working on my dreams and may not get them through country music but will be getting them through MLM instead. Thank goodness for the gift of Mandura and MLM because my voice would never compare to Faith Hill's ha ha.

Anyone can chase a dream but not everyone can capture their dreams and make them reality. Only those who are the most determined will capture those dreams that they are chasing after. They will never be satisfied until they do. They will keep pushing forward one baby step at a time if they have to in order to get what they most desire in life.

One day very soon I will be able to tell the world that I have come from a small 3 room shack in the outbacks of Kentucky and educated myself to the point that I can now market one of the fastest growing businesses online. That I have went from thousands in debt to making more than I can count a month! I am looking forward to enjoying the finer things in life!

Keeping up with Social Networking

Businesses are turning more and more to social networking to help in advertising their business.

With the popularity of social networking increasing we find more and more companies creating social networking communities. So how do we keep up with all of them? I for one don't want to miss out on any possible opportunities available in a different social community.

For me it has become an impossible task to keep up with more than 8 or 9. So I take the most popular like Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Ryze, Better Networker, Direct Matches, PeopleString and Plaxo. I have an account with MySpace also but I quit frequenting that one when the ads just got way out of control.

So how do I manage my time wisely with so many social groups to keep up with? Well I'll just tell ya! I came across a sweet little gem a couple of days ago that is making my life much more simpler now.

HootSuite will keep track of your blog if it is in WordPress, your Facebook, your Twitter, and your LinkedIn account all simultaneously! The only thing I wish is that Ryze was there also! If you haven't heard of HootSuite yet it's free and you are gonna love that little gem I found!

Why Network Marketing Is In and JOBS are Fizzling Out

Our country is suffering a major ressesion right now. Network Marketing companies are becoming more popular as people begin to look for other avenues of making money. As they do this and more people create their own home businesses the idea of traditional jobs is becoming more and more unpopular. In other words Network Marketing is in right now and traditional jobs are out.

From 1982-2007 our economy experienced the greatest economic boom ever. Things were very good for us through that economic phase. Consumers were not afraid to spend because they had plenty of money. The baby boomers were becoming successful and making good dough and were spending it without limitations. Have you wondered why the housing industry is not doing as well as it used to? Well it's because the baby boomers have already built or purchased what they needed. There just aren't as many people needing housing any more. The baby boomers passed that phase of their lives. The amount of millionaires went from 500,000 to 9.2 million during that time and billionaires went from 15 to over 1000 during that time.

Now if you do a little research you will find that in the past when the economy is really good like above, Network Marketing doesn't do as well. The reason is that people usually look towards Network Marketing businesses to supplement an income or replace an income. So if they are making plenty of income then they don't need to supplement it, right? So you can usually base the popularity of Network Marketing on what the economy is doing. If the economy is doing really good then Network Marketing is usually doing poor. If the economy is doing badly then Network Marketing is doing good. Network Marketing companies usually experience some of their greatest growth phases during recession because of the demand for additional ways to supplement or create an additional income.

Crisis for some can create a major opportunity. As more and more people build their home businesses they are actually popularizing the demand for Network Marketing. In other words Network Marketing is in! JOBS are fizzling out! Getting involved with Network Marketing can not only build a source of income but it can build a stream of wealth also for you and your family. Don't be left behind. It's important to choose a great company to get involved with so make sure you do your research. The right Network Marketing company can create for you a stream of luxurious income that will last a lifetime!

MLM Takes The Cake

MLM takes the cake but most people consider MLM as such an astrocity that it irritates them for you to even think of approaching them with a proposal they consider to be very risky. Maybe because they don't really see it as a business? Or maybe they remember a brother or sister or nephew or aunt who failed when they became involved with some type of MLM opportunity?

MLM has definitely received a lot of bad hype over the years due to more people failing than not. Why do people fail in this business? There are many reasons and any one reason is hard to determine due to many different co factors that are involved with peoples lives. A few reasons may include using the old school approach methods which would require a strong and large social presence that many people don't have. Another may be the idea of easy work. They join and expect for everything to be done for them. MLM is far from being easy work! If anyone tells you likewise then you need to run in the opposite direction! I personally put in at least 40 hours a week building my MLM business. Of course this number doesn't represent what I HAVE to put in, it is what I CHOOSE to put in to build my business to the level I feel it needs to be.

In many peoples mind set they don't see anything as a business unless it actually has a building attached to it on Main Street. This is because they are still stuck in the old mindset of yesterday. However as Multi Level Marketers we know that times are changing and more people are moving their businesses online so that they can telecommute. As they do this it opens up an enormous opportunity for us if we place ourselves in the position for these opportunity seekers to find us easily enough.

Never sell your product or opportunity unless asked. I come in contact with hundreds of people per day that slaughter my email box with the best opportunity in the world. Do you know what I do with those emails? I DELETE them. My mind automatically says DELETE unless I know you personally. However if I know you personally and know what you are all about then I will eventually get around to asking you what type of business you are involved with and much more likely to at least check out what has you so excited.

As people integrate more into the online world of business they will learn that MLM takes the cake. That with no other business can you stay at home, make money while your sleeping, be rewarded for your hard work over your lifetime and your heirs lifetimes, work when you want and where you want, work in your pajamas, take off anytime you want, and quickly build a fortune that can be handed down to generations to come. Soon the old mindsets of yesterday will fade away and people will become more open to what we have to offer them online. However right now we still have people learning how to use the computer and have to be patient and understanding to those who haven't caught on to the amazing possibilities of the MLM fortune yet.

The online world is opening up many new avenues for us to market our MLM businesses by allowing us to search out people who are definitely interested in this type of business and allowing us to share some of the most amazing opportunities available in MLM.

Social Interaction Leads to Our Education

One of the greatest things of being a Network Marketer is the opportunity to socialize. That's our job to socialize and build a tremendous network of people that have the same interests as we do. Do you remember the old saying "It's not WHAT you know but WHO you know?". That can be applied to Network Marketing in so many ways! The more we learn the more valuable we become.

We have to depend on other like minded individuals already inside of the Network Marketing arena. Those who have fallen and picked themselves up by the bootstraps. Rid Our Nation of Unemployment and Welfare?

If everyone knew what MLM could offer them and how simple it was to make money in this biz and if they had the right info we would have millions joining MLM right at this very moment. However everyone doesn't have the info I have AND some are unwilling to WANT anything better because they are unfortuneately stuck in the same old mind set of working a JOB.

Imagine no more unemployment or welfare. Do you know how easy it would be to rid our nation of unemployment or welfare? Could you imagine what would happen if the government enrolled each individual that walked through the unemployment or welfare line into the MLM health industry? They would actually build upon thousands and thousands of downlines that would AUTOMATICALLY make these unfortunate individuals FORTUNES not only for today or tomorrow but for the rest of there lives! Not to mention make them healthier which would also relieve our healthcare costs!

We don't have to be as ignorant as some. We can teach ourselves and learn the ways of MLM. It's a simple system that ANYONE can learn and use and will actually make you a fortune if used correctly. Some MLM'ers are making as much as $600,000.00 per MONTH without a college degree and some are even making that much without high school degrees! Don't you think that if people like that can do it then you can also? Of course you can! You just have to tap into the same knowledge as they have, they are no better or smarter than you are.

My husband and I were watching a PBT special the other night and they had some of the most beautifull Yachts they were displaying around the world. Some of them were just absolutely breathtaking. We picked one out that we liked and may someday have. However our mind set was not that of "We could never afford such luxury" it was more of "When we financially get to that point we may like to have a Berger Yacht!" It's not the question of how now, it's just the question of when. When that day comes I'm not sure if we will actually purchase one because of our lifestyle or charitable attributes. However it sure is nice to know that soon, we can if we want to!

We see this system working in our own lives every day now. Our downline is exploding like never before and creating a wealth within itself to be distributed to us over a lifetime and can even be willed to future generations!

Learning to be a CHAMP at MLM

Well since I have started making money with my new home business and have learned most of the ins and outs of MLM FINALLY! I have decided to create this blog to help out others who may be having trouble like I have had in the past. Right now everything inside this little pea brain of mine is absolutely FREE. My husband is giving me all kinds of trouble and lashing because I won't charge for the information I have learned over the years as most Professional MLM gurus would. He says I'm selling myself short. However that's not the way I see it at all. Call me crazy but I just hate seeing people go through what I went through before I finally figured out the plan!

So I am here and will be posting blogs occasionally that may help you better your MLM experiences. It's such a shame that MLM gets such a bad rap sometimes when there is so much money to be had and so many fortunes waiting on that one leader who finally understands how the system works!
